In improving quality of teaching and learning, findings have shown that, HoS reward and appreciate students. Through these supervision strategies, findings have indicated that, HoSs ensure accomplishment of syllabus on time. On managerial challenges encountered by HoSs, findings have indicated shortage of classrooms and crowded classrooms.
