Parents’ level of education was among the socio-economic factors that affect Mathematics subject performance. It was also found that when parents possess higher education, there is a higher possibility of influencing children to perform well in Mathematics. Moreover, teachers’ attitudes on the performance of pupils in Mathematics subject resulted into the use of demonstrations and discussions to illustrate concepts/phenomena something that helped pupils to like the subject with the help of parents at home. It is recommended that physical resources such as adequate classrooms need to be constructed for the purpose of teaching Mathematics well in a conducive environment.
