Abstract

The regulation of personal health data poses many challenges across different jurisdictions. This article offers analysis of legal framework in the field of E health sector from the personal data protection point of view. African and European perspectives of data privacy and security are considered through an illustration of the Tanzania’s post data protection legislation and practice.
