The Contribution of Inclusive Education to Enrollment of Disadvantaged Children in Primary School: A Case of Ilala Municipal in Tanzania.

Abstract
Tanzania Government like other Countries rectified the Salamanca; which emphases the need to provide children with special needs basic education. This is an important step towards the goals of Education for all conference in Jomtien 1990. This study investigates of how expansion of primary education affect the enrollment of disadvantaged children especially disabled in primary school in Ilala municipal in Tanzania. The study use qualitative approach system. The findings of the study are mainly based on interviews various stakeholders such as teachers, school staff and other education officials in Ilala municipality. Observation also made during the visiting of the particular schools during data collection process. In Tanzania several primary schools provides inclusive education programs, but this study explore 5 primary schools where inclusive education programs introduced and implemented. Apart from enrollments of children with special needs also the study has attempted to look of challenges on the provision of inclusive Education in Tanzania.
