The role of Governance, Political and Legal Frameworks on Corporate Social Responsibility in Village Development in Tanzania Local Authorities: A Case Study at Chalinze District Council.

Abstract
This study was conducted to look the role of government, political and legal framework on corporate social responsibility in the village development in Tanzania local authorities. The research based on specific three research objectives that were to assess the effect of good g assess the effect of political and assess the effect of legal frameworks to the implementation of corporate social responsibility at Chalinze District Council. In methodology, the data were collected by using the questionnaire method. Total Participants were 382 from responsibility at Chalinze District Council. Correlational and descriptive design was used because it was quantitative research, areas of the study was Chalinze District Council and in analysis liner regression was used and it researcher used questionnaire as method of data collection. The finding of the study was analyzed based on first, the characteristics of respondents include respondent gender, age, education and living experience. Second the finding was done by analyzed data based on the study variables, which was the effect of governance, political and legal on implementation of corporate social responsibility at Chalinze District Council. Thirdly the finding was done by analyzed data based on regression analysis and that was test of multiconellinearity, Normality, Reliability. And lastly the finding results analyzed the relationship between governance, political and legal on implementation of corporative social responsibility. Recommendation of the study was the business and investors must see the opportunity of relationship between business and government, political leaders to make business profit and must find the way and the best practice to return the profit made to the society.
