Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of stakeholders intervention in project management performance. The research took place in Ilemela District, Mwanza. The study applied 100 respondents as the sample in a population. The study used a standard questionnaire and interview in gathering data. Moreover, a computor software, SPSS technology aided data analysis particularly, the descriptive statistics was used in which frequency tables generated responses in relation to the study objectives. The study findings underscore the complex interplay of technology and staff training in stakeholder involvement and project management. The results show the significance of technology's positive effects, the need for proper trainings, and the challenges posed by factors such as lack of knowledge and effective communication. In addition, highlight the need for greater supervisor engagement in utilizing community resources effectively. The study concludes that the study dynamics of technology adoption and staff training in the realm of stakeholder involvement and project management .The research findings shed light on a notable level of apprehension within top management and key stakeholders, who play pivotal roles in driving project success and performance, in relation to stakeholder management. Finally, supervisor involvement, effective communication and departmental relations, and the challenges of proper fund management collectively accentuate the intricate nature of stakeholder engagement.
