Examining the Impact of Human Resource Planning on the Employee’s Performance in Sisal Plantation and Processing Companies in Tanzania.

Abstract
The Sisal Plantation and Processing is now a growing project in Tanzania since its decline. To ensure good and effective management of this project, the Sisal Plantation and Processing Companies need to have the right number of employees with right skills at the right time to perform activities. This study aimed to examine the impacts of Human Resource Planning on Employee’s Performance in Sisal Plantation and Processing Companies in Tanzania and a sample of 100 respondents were selected to collect data using purposive sampling. An interview and questionnaire comprising of closed, open ended questions and likert scale were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis in IBM SPSS Statistics version 20. The findings shows that, Human Resource Planning have impacts on Employee’s performance in Sisal Plantation and Processing Companies in Tanzania as it help in the recruitment process, ensure Human Resource Goals are attained, and ensures the availability of resource needed by employees to perform their duties. It was concluded that, Human Resource Planning have the impacts on employee’s performance if it will be done effectively. Furthermore, despites the impacts of Human resource planning on employee’s performance, still there are some other factors which have impacts on employee’s performance.
