The Role of Motivation on Performance of Rwanda Private Commercial Banks: A Case of Bank of Kigali.

Abstract
This study focus on the role of motivation on performance of Rwanda private commercial banks: a case of bank of Kigali. The study was guided by four objectives; to examine the contribution of working environment on Performance of Rwanda Private Banks, to assess the effect of compensation on Performance of Rwanda Private Banks, to determine the effect of balanced lifestyle on Performance of Rwanda Private Banks and to determine how the job security affect Performance of Rwanda Private Banks. Descriptive statistics was used for the employees of Bank of Kigali. The data was collected from both primary and secondary sources. Descriptive statistics and Pearson coefficient correlation to relationships was used in data analysis. The results of findings were achieved by objectives. Working environment contributed Performance of Bank of Kigali by positively and very high correlated, the compensations was significant strong and positively correlated with Bank of Kigali. The balanced lifestyle was also positively significant related to performance of Bank of Kigali and the job security was positively and strong relationship to the Performance of Bank of Kigali. Hence, the motivation is positive and strong performance in Bank of Kigali. It should set way of Employee Job flexibility in order to improve retention, attraction of talents, diversity, The researcher faced limitations of Covid19 all employees is not work on the office of Bank of Kigali that affected to time and cost for distribution of questionnaires to all, Further researchers are suggested to increase on the sample size and techniques in order to obtain a more representative of the population.
